Operation “April of Science” will focus on the theme of sustainable and fair management of water resources in Colombia and Latin America. In Bogota the staked aspects of this operation will take place from 8 to April 13, 2013.
April in Science “aims to sensitize young audiences on the issue of management of a scarce resource: water.
Various activities will be proposed as part of this operation, an exhibition on water will be held in the premises of the French Lycee Louis Pasteur and in the Future Foundation and the French School in Cali.
Educational workshops will bring together high school students and primary of the French School and which will also be parents participate during the open house on Wednesday, April 10. Also, French and Colombian experts participated in the conference “actors and problems of managing a scarce resource: water” to be held at the University of the Andes on Thursday 11 April.
These sessions encourage speakers mini-debates with students of the French School throughout the week.
French Lycée Louis Pasteur, the French Alliance of Bogota, AFD, Universidad de Los Andes and the French Embassy are involved in conducting this event.
